Belvedere Collection is a boutique development of just 35 homes in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, overlooking the Mediterranean. Beachfront chiringuitos, the promenade with its shops and the weekly open-air markets are close by, Los Boliches and Fuengirola town centre are a short drive away, and Málaga airport is about 19 minutes by car, Málaga city about 28 minutes, La Cala de Mijas about 15 and Marbella about 36. A home is reserved with €6,600; 20% of the price, less the reservation, is paid on signing the private purchase contract, 5% six months and a further 5% twelve months after construction starts, and the remaining 70% on completion; all amounts are plus VAT.
