Calanova Collection

Calanova Collection is a gated, resort-style development on the Calanova hillside in Mijas, with Calanova Golf less than three minutes' walk from the front gate and sweeping views over the fairways and the Mediterranean. The beaches and La Cala de Mijas are about ten minutes by car, everyday shops about five, and Marbella can be reached in about 20 minutes. The apartments are arranged in low-rise blocks of four floors among landscaped gardens. The two penthouses now available each have two bedrooms, about 87 m² built (96 m² including common areas), about 54 m² of terraces and a 76 m² private solarium, and each comes with two parking spaces and a storage room. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto terraces with their own jacuzzi, and the solarium is made for enjoying the views. A penthouse is reserved with €6,600; 30% of the price, less the reservation, is paid on signing the private purchase contract and the remaining 70% on completion.
