ISEA Estepona II

ISEA Estepona II is the second phase of ISEA Estepona, a residential complex of two and three bedroom homes, duplexes and penthouses with sea views. The blocks are built in steps that follow the slope, so the homes look out over the Mediterranean. All homes face east, and most also have a west-facing rear terrace off the bedrooms. Works are scheduled for the end of 2026. The setting. ISEA Estepona is in Arroyo Enmedio, between La Gaspara and Bahía Dorada, in the municipality of Estepona. Arroyo Vaquero beach is about 1 km away (around 10 minutes on foot) and the centre of Estepona about 6 km. Close by are supermarkets (750 m to 1 km), a pharmacy (1 km), Estepona's high-resolution hospital (1.6 km), Estepona Golf (2.3 km), the port of Estepona (5 km) and the Finca Cortesín golf club (6.2 km). Marbella is 36 km away and Málaga Airport 86 km. The homes. Two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and front and rear terraces: 89.91–93.55 m² built (101.84–105.97 m² including the share of common areas), 78.84–83.02 m² usable, 37.95–45.77 m² of terraces, from €465,000 to €480,000 + VAT.
