Las Mesas Infinity Homes is a boutique development in an elevated position in Estepona, with views across the Mediterranean from the Rock of Gibraltar to the coast of Africa, and of the mountains behind. Estepona's beaches and town centre are a few minutes away, supermarkets, clinics and international schools are close at hand, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive, and both Málaga and Gibraltar airports are within easy reach. The apartments have two or three bedrooms and are spread across three low-rise buildings that follow the natural slope of the site, so that every home has the Mediterranean as its backdrop. Ground-floor homes have terraces and, in some cases, private gardens, and the top-floor penthouses add private solariums. A home is reserved with €6,600; 20% of the price, less the reservation, is paid on signing the private purchase contract, 5% after six months, a further 5% after twelve months and the remaining 70% on completion.
