Marbella Club Hills

Marbella Club Hills is a gated community of apartments and villas on the hills of the Marbella Club Golf Resort in Benahavís, one of the most sought-after municipalities on the Costa del Sol. The estate covers 158,000 m², of which only a small part is built on, so the natural landscape is preserved, and the views take in the mountains, the golf course and the Mediterranean, with Gibraltar and, on clear days, the mountains of Morocco on the horizon. Puerto Banús is about 15 minutes away by car and the centre of Marbella about 20 minutes; the village of Benahavís is some 7 km away, and the nearest international school about 7 km. The project comprises 110 apartments and 10 villas across four phases. Phase II brings together 30 apartments in six small blocks of five homes each: two ground-floor duplexes, two first-floor apartments and a penthouse. The ground-floor duplexes, with 3 or 4 bedrooms, are laid out over two levels and open onto terraces and private gardens; the first-floor apartments, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, are on a single level with a terrace and a private garden; and the penthouses, also on two levels, add large terraces and a private solarium, with pre-installation for a plunge pool and an electric outdoor kitchen. Every apartment comes with two parking spaces and a storage room. The architecture combines contemporary lines with Andalusian touches, and large windows fill the interiors with natural light. Residents share the North Clubhouse, completed with the first phase, which has a heated outdoor pool, a gym, a spa with sauna and hammam, and indoor and outdoor function areas. A second clubhouse is planned with the new phases, adding an indoor pool, another gym, a co-working area, two tennis, two padel and two pickleball courts and a children's playground. Homeowners have membership privileges at the resort's 18-hole golf course (subject to annual fees per player), can enjoy its clubhouse and restaurant, and have access to the equestrian centre. The community is gated, with 24-hour security and a concierge service on weekdays. The first phase is completed and sold out. Construction of Phase II began in the second quarter of 2026, and completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027. Payment terms: 30% on signing the purchase contract, 30% on completion of the building structure and the remaining 40% on delivery.
