Marea Interiors by Missoni

Marea is a gated community of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom residences within Finca Cortesín in Casares, with interiors by Missoni, a private entrance, 24/7 security provided by the Cortesín community and a 24-hour concierge. It looks over the Finca Cortesín golf course and a 270-degree panorama from Marbella and the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco. The beach is five minutes away, Casares village 14 minutes, Estepona and the Santa María Polo Club 15 minutes, Sotogrande, Real Club Valderrama and Marbella 20 minutes, Gibraltar airport 45 minutes and Málaga airport 50 minutes. The residences are spread over four blocks, each with a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors, with 3 m ceilings in the rooms, terraces and cascading private gardens. The ten apartments currently available are eight 2-bedroom apartments of about 161 to 214 m², and a 3-bedroom of about 297 m² and a 4-bedroom of about 382 m², both on the top floor; these built areas include terraces and common areas. Each room has its own air conditioning for heating and cooling, with water underfloor heating in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living and dining areas, dimmable LED lighting and thermal-break aluminium windows with double glazing. The homes are delivered unfurnished. Residents share an infinity pool, a children's pool and splash area, a state-of-the-art gym with coastal views, a tennis court, a hanging observation deck, a community garden and a children's playground. Next door, the Finca Cortesín resort has a five-star hotel, an 18-hole championship golf course that hosted the 2023 Solheim Cup, a Nicklaus Academy, a beach club, a spa and restaurants. Construction is under way, with completion expected in December 2028. A home is reserved with €20,000, and the reservation is valid for 15 to 30 days. Two-bedroom apartments are paid 30% on booking, 20% twelve months after booking and 50% on completion; 3- and 4-bedroom apartments 30% on booking and 70% on handover, with 10% VAT on each payment.
