Ocyan Villas

Ocyan Villas is located in the Selwo and La Resina area of Estepona, near La Resina Golf Club on the New Golden Mile, between Estepona and Marbella. The setting is surrounded by nature yet close to the main roads: Estepona town centre and Puerto Banús are around 15 minutes away, Marbella around 25 minutes, and Gibraltar and Málaga airports around 55 and 60 minutes respectively, with healthcare facilities and international schools within a 30-minute radius. The development comprises twelve contemporary single-family villas, being built in phases on individual plots of approximately 1,000 to 2,000 m². The villas are set into the natural contours of the terrain to open up views of the Mediterranean, face south and south-west, and are designed around large windows and double-height spaces that make the most of natural light. The villas currently available have three or four bedrooms and built areas of approximately 508 to 977 m², spread over four levels — basement, ground floor, upper floor and solarium — connected by a private lift. Each has three to five bathrooms plus one or two additional toilets, covered and open terraces of approximately 278 to 467 m², a private swimming pool, a garden with automatic irrigation and exterior parking for two cars; the basement offers a large multipurpose space, which can optionally be configured to suit the owner, together with a laundry room. The development is under construction in phases. Completion of the first four villas is estimated for Q3 2026, and of the next four, whose building licence has been granted, for Q4 2027; completion dates for the remaining villas have not yet been published. Payment terms: 1% on reservation; 39% + VAT on signing the private contract of sale, one month after reservation; 10% + VAT as a deferred payment; and 50% + VAT on signing the public deed.
