Parque Central is a new-build development in the Parque Central area of Estepona, surrounded by Avenida Andalucía, Calle Coto de Doñana and Calle Pilar de Farinós. The old town, the beach and the port are all within walking distance, and supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and schools are close at hand. The neighbourhood combines the convenience of town-centre living with a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.
