Pinares de San Antón Villas is a gated community of 13 contemporary villas on the hills of Pinares de San Antón in Málaga, surrounded by natural forest. The villas face south, with open views over the Mediterranean. The historic centre of Málaga and the port (Muelle Uno) are 8 km away, about eight minutes by car; the beach is 4 km away, the motorway 2 km and Málaga airport 23 km. Eight of the 13 villas are still available: 4- and 5-bedroom homes with 299 to 391 m² of enclosed built area (404 to 653 m² in total including terraces and pool), on plots of 870 to 921 m².
