Tierra Viva, Design Inspired by Automobili Lamborghini

Tierra Viva is a limited collection of mansions in an ultra-private gated community in the hills of Benahavís, beside Los Jaralillos, with architecture and interiors inspired by Automobili Lamborghini. The setting offers panoramic sea views, with twelve golf courses nearby. The Mediterranean shore is five minutes away, Puerto Banús 12 minutes, Marbella's Golden Mile 16 minutes, the Nobu Hotel Marbella 18 minutes, Gibraltar 40 minutes and Málaga airport 45 minutes. The collection has four mansion designs, each named after a precious stone: Painite (5 bedrooms, with a private car lift), Diamante (6 bedrooms, over four levels), Zafiro (5 bedrooms) and Esmeralda (4 bedrooms). The mansions currently available are three 4-bedroom Esmeralda mansions of about 790 to 840 m² built on plots of about 1,190 to 1,250 m², and three 5-bedroom Zafiro mansions of about 1,015 to 1,145 m² built on plots of about 1,505 to 1,660 m², each with sea or partial sea views and partial golf views. Built areas include indoor and outdoor areas. The mansions feature a private lift, a rooftop terrace, generous terraces and balconies, a home theatre, a wine cellar, a multipurpose room or gym and a spa room with provision for a sauna and steam room, as well as staff quarters with a service kitchen, laundry and storage. The foyer and the living and dining areas are finished in local marble or similar, and the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms in marble-look porcelain from Cosentino, Inalco or similar; kitchens have engineered-stone worktops and built-in Miele appliances or similar, and bathrooms Duravit and Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware with Duravit, hansgrohe or Gessi fittings, or similar. Heating and cooling are by aerothermal system (Daikin, Vaillant or similar) and the windows are double-glazed. The mansions are delivered unfurnished: furniture, carpets and electronics are not included. Owners share a clubhouse with an adults' pool and a children's pool, a sunken lounge, a gym, a spa with sauna, steam room, hammam and jacuzzis, a children's play area, an owners' lounge, the Velocity bar and lounge and a Lamborghini café, the first in the world. The community has premium 24/7 security and concierge services. Construction is under way, with completion expected in June 2028. A mansion is reserved with €30,000; 30% of the price is paid on booking and the remaining 70% on handover, with 10% VAT on each payment. The service charge is about €0.33 per m² of plot per month.
