Villa Nagüeles is a four-bedroom villa available for long-term rental in Nagüeles, in a peaceful residential setting just off Marbella's Golden Mile, with open views towards the foothills of La Concha. It has recently been refurbished throughout, keeping elements of its Andalusian style while adding a more contemporary finish. At the rear, the villa opens onto a broad lawn and a private swimming pool, surrounded by a timber sun terrace with loungers and parasols. A covered terrace gives a shaded place for dining and relaxing and links the house with the garden. The main reception area is made up of two interconnected lounges, with natural oak floors, black steel-framed doors and traditional architectural details. One of the lounges has a pitched ceiling with exposed timber beams, a fireplace and bespoke shelving. The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living space, with a central island, a wine fridge and an adjoining utility room. The bathrooms are finished in natural stone, with walk-in rainfall showers, illuminated mirrors and heated towel rails, and solar panels on the roof provide an additional source of renewable energy. Areas: 433 m² built on a 1,185 m² plot. 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. South orientation.
