Absolute Estepona

Absolute Estepona is set in the Buenas Noches area of Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. The area is known for its beaches, lush vegetation and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The development lies about 500 metres from the beach and local amenities, close to La Galera beach, with Estepona Golf, Finca Cortesín and Casares Costa Golf in the surrounding area. Estepona's marina is about 15 minutes away, Gibraltar Airport about 45 minutes and Málaga Airport around an hour. This boutique gated development comprises 24 two- and three-bedroom apartments in two buildings, with panoramic sea views. Residents share an outdoor swimming pool and a gym, and the development has an underground car park reached by lift, storage rooms and a video intercom at the entrance. The façades have a contemporary design, using materials chosen for their energy efficiency. The homes range from apartments with private gardens on the ground floor to penthouses with spacious terraces, with a ceiling height of 2.70 m. Payment terms: a €10,000 reservation (VAT included); 30% plus VAT, less the reservation, on signing the private purchase contract; 20% plus VAT within three months of signing; and the remaining 50% plus VAT on completion.
