Altezza Suites is located in the La Resina area of Estepona, on the New Golden Mile, in a peaceful countryside and mountain setting with sea views. The town of Estepona is about 10 km away, Puerto Banús about 14 km, Marbella about 23 km and Málaga about 80 km; La Resina Golf and the Atlas American School are each about 2.5 km away, the Villa Padierna golf club about 6.5 km and the nearest beach club about 4 km. The development comprises 72 homes in seven three-storey buildings, laid out so that the vast majority enjoy sea views and plenty of natural light, with a south-west orientation. The grounds are fully enclosed, with automatic gates, landscaped gardens with smart irrigation and a reception and security booth with 24-hour entry control. Residents share two outdoor pools, a spa with a heated indoor pool, a gym, a coworking area and a business centre; the buildings have lifts and underground garages. Bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch or similar sanitaryware and Hansgrohe or similar taps, and each home has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Altezza Suites is under construction: the building licence has been granted, work began in the second quarter of 2026 and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2028, with the first occupation licence expected in the fourth quarter of 2028. Buyers pay 1% + VAT on reservation, 29% + VAT on signing the private purchase contract, 10% + VAT during construction and the remaining 60% + VAT on signing the title deed.
