Armani Residences Marbella

Armani Residences Marbella is a limited collection of 33 large residences with interiors by Armani/Casa, on Avenida de las Piedras in Nagüeles, on the hillside above Marbella's Golden Mile. They are the first Armani-designed residences on Spain's Golden Mile. The 33 residences are arranged in nine buildings, set out in three rows on 50,000 m² of land and oriented north–south. The architecture is contemporary and understated, sitting quietly in the landscape around it. The plan brings together a reception and lobby, a sea-facing area, gardens, and an amenities area with a spa and pools. Inside, the Armani/Casa signature sets the tone: clean lines and balanced proportions, noble materials, refined finishes and fabrics, and versatile rooms where design and comfort go together. Finishes are made to measure. Nagüeles lies between Marbella's centre and Puerto Banús, at the foot of La Concha. Marbella's old town and Puente Romano are about six minutes away by car, the Marbella Club seven minutes and Puerto Banús eight minutes; Málaga airport is about 45 minutes by road.
