Arosa is located in La Cala de Mijas, on the stretch of the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Fuengirola. The centre of Fuengirola is about 10 minutes away, the centre of Marbella about 20 minutes and Málaga Airport about 25 minutes. The area has easy access to the main roads and everyday amenities. Restaurants, beach bars and beach clubs are a short distance away, and Calanova Golf, La Cala Golf Resort and Chaparral Golf Club are a few minutes away. The development comprises 54 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. They face south and are designed around open-plan living, natural light and sea views. The communal areas include large landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation, outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna and chill-out areas. Residents also have use of the neighbourhood tennis club. The homes have terraces designed as an extension of the interiors. Of the homes currently available, those on the ground floor also have a private garden and a linked storage room, and those on the top floor have a private rooftop solarium with a private pool, reached by an internal staircase. Living rooms and kitchens are open-plan, and sliding doors recessed into the floor lead from the living room and bedrooms onto the terraces. Main bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and the two- and three-bedroom homes currently available each have two bathrooms. The quality specification may still be adjusted for technical reasons without lowering quality. It includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor and washing machine, and underfloor heating. Ducted air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms is connected to an aerothermal system, and hot water is also produced by aerothermal equipment. Floors are large-format porcelain in the living areas and vinyl in the bedrooms. Windows are thermal-break aluminium with double glazing, and the bedrooms have automatic blinds. Homes also have built-in wardrobes, a security front door and a video entry phone. Arosa is under construction. The building licence has been granted, and completion is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2028. Payment terms are a €10,000 reservation, 20% (+ VAT) on signing the private purchase contract, a further 20% (+ VAT) eight months after signing, and 60% (+ VAT) on completion.
