Biubay stands directly on the seafront in Estepona, close to the town's marina, overlooking a quiet, rocky stretch of coastline set apart from the area's busier bathing beaches. Estepona offers a more discreet side of the Costa del Sol, with Puerto Banús around 20 minutes away, Marbella 25 minutes, Sotogrande 35 minutes and Málaga 50 minutes. The development comprises just ten apartments, set in a building of timeless contemporary architecture. The outdoor pool opens directly towards the sea, surrounded by reflecting pools and richly layered Mediterranean planting. Conceived as a private club at home, the residents' facilities include a spa with an indoor pool, sauna and steam bath, a gym, men's and women's changing rooms, a large multipurpose social room, a cinema room, a golf simulator and a games room. Payment terms: a 1% reservation deposit, 29% on signing the private purchase contract within 30 days, 10% deferred and 60% on signing the title deed, plus VAT.
