Bliss Homes is set in Casares Costa, the coastal part of the municipality of Casares, which stretches from the southern foothills of the Serranía de Ronda down to the Mediterranean. The development lies within the Casares Costa Golf complex, beside a golf course: Finca Cortesín Hotel Golf & Spa is about 1 km away, Doña Julia Golf Club about 2 km and La Duquesa marina about 5 km, while the beach is around 15 minutes' walk. Estepona Golf is about 7 km away and Gibraltar about 40 km, with quick access to the main roads. The complex comprises 134 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in nine blocks of two and three storeys, with a contemporary design that blends into the adjoining golf course; some homes enjoy sea views. Communal areas include landscaped gardens planted with local species, a swimming pool and a gym, and the basement holds 166 parking spaces and 134 storage rooms. Bliss Homes is under construction: the building licence is in place, and completion of the works and the first-occupation licence are both estimated for Q4 2026, although the delivery date set in the private purchase contract prevails. Non-resident buyers pay 30% of the price plus VAT on signing the private purchase contract and 70% plus VAT on completion; resident buyers pay 20% and 80% respectively, and amounts paid before completion are covered by a bank guarantee.
