Isla Bela is set in Nueva Andalucía, in Marbella's Golf Valley, a well-established area between the sea and the mountains. The Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha golf courses are about 4, 7 and 8 minutes away, El Corte Inglés about 5 minutes, Puerto Banús about 6 minutes and the centre of Marbella about 10 minutes; Benahavís is about 15 minutes, Estepona 25 minutes and Málaga 45 minutes away. The gated development comprises 114 apartments with one to four bedrooms. Its avant-garde architecture combines a ventilated façade in a Dekton-style finish, glass balustrades, and sunshades and latticework in engineered timber, with planters throughout the grounds.
