Jardines de las Lagunas II is in Las Lagunas, in the municipality of Mijas on the Costa del Sol, and is the second phase of the Jardines de las Lagunas residential complex. The area offers supermarkets, pharmacies and health centres, restaurants and cafés, and shopping centres; the development is less than five minutes from a wide choice of shops, with several golf courses in the surroundings, the beach about 2 km away and transport services on the doorstep. This second phase comprises 292 homes. Communal areas include a swimming pool set in landscaped gardens, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a children's playground and a quiet green area, and the residential area is to be monitored by surveillance cameras. Lifts serve every residential floor and the basement garage, which is reached by a ramp with a remote-controlled door and is pre-installed for electric-vehicle charging points as required by regulations. The buildings are designed to obtain an A energy rating, with photovoltaic panels supporting the electricity used in the communal areas. Jardines de las Lagunas II is under construction and has been granted its building licence. Construction is taking place in two stages, with completion of the second estimated for the second quarter of 2027. Payment terms: a €6,000 reservation payment (without VAT), 40% + VAT on signing the private purchase contract, 10% + VAT ten months later and the remaining 50% + VAT on signing the title deed.
