Karl Lagerfeld Villas

Karl Lagerfeld Villas is a collection of five villas on Marbella's Golden Mile, set in lush greenery between the mountains and the Mediterranean. It is the first luxury residential project of the house of Karl Lagerfeld, inspired by the designer's passion for architecture and interiors. The organic yet rational architecture bends and folds to open new viewpoints across a site of nearly 10,000 m². Each residence is designed to catch and reflect its surroundings like a cut gem, and its large volumes give panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Five principles guide the design: sustainability, a sense of place, inclusiveness, the dialogue of void and solid, light and heavy, and the framing of new perspectives. The villas range from 1,045 to 1,385 m² over four levels: a basement, a ground floor, a first floor and an accessible rooftop. The ground floor sits slightly lower than the land around it, so stepping outside feels like walking into a private garden; black-and-white terrazzo and wood run from the terraces into the house. Every villa has a generous private garden and a laguna pool connected to a private swimming pool, a pedestrian entrance along a path lined with pomegranate trees and a private driveway leading straight down to the parking in the basement. Inside, glazed living areas frame the gardens and pools, and a double-height space links the open-plan living room with the upper floor and fills both with light. A sculptural staircase clad in brushed steel forms the heart of each villa. The bedrooms, with options for a primary suite, guest rooms and children's rooms, each open to the outdoors, and the basement holds the gym, the spa and family areas. The palette is brushed steel, black-and-white terrazzo and dark wood, with a semi-reflective ceramic finished with white gold dust, a bespoke bookcase in recycled wood and welded steel furniture; signature pieces and furniture options are offered. Outside, the landscaping mixes the colours and scents of the gardens Karl Lagerfeld loved. The villas are under construction, with delivery scheduled for 2026.
