Lakün is located in Las Lagunas de Mijas, between the coastal towns of Fuengirola and Mijas on the Costa del Sol. The A-7 motorway is around a minute away, the beach and the commuter train around five minutes, Málaga airport around 20 minutes, and Marbella and Málaga around 25 minutes each. The development comprises 233 apartments with one to four bedrooms in a gated community, with avant-garde architecture defined by distinctive, spacious terraces. Communal facilities include salt-water outdoor pools with large solarium areas, a children's pool beside a play area, a rooftop infinity pool, and a spa with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam and massage room.
