Lyra Residences lies next to a golf course in El Campanario, a quiet, established residential area on the New Golden Mile in Estepona, surrounded by private villas and apartments. El Campanario has its own golf course and clubhouse, and the El Paraíso, Atalaya and Guadalmina golf clubs are nearby, as are shopping centres offering a full range of services. Casasola–Atalaya beach is about five minutes away by car, Marbella around 20 minutes and the airports of Málaga and Gibraltar around 50 minutes. The development is a boutique complex of 14 contemporary single-family homes with panoramic views. The design gives each home the widest possible frontage and adapts to the topography to make the most of the views, orientation and privacy, with the communal amenities grouped in the central area: an outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a spa and a sauna. Every home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms over four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and solarium. On the ground floor, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a porch and a private garden. All bedrooms have large windows opening to the outside.
