Navigolf Suites II is located in La Cala de Mijas, the coastal strip of the municipality of Mijas, beside La Noria golf course in a well-established area with a lively social life all year round. The setting combines proximity to the sea and to golf with a wide range of services, and several golf courses lie within a 5 km radius. A shopping centre is about 1 km away, Marbella about 22 km and Málaga Airport about 33 km. The complex comprises 82 homes distributed over two phases, and its communal areas are already fully operational. The first phase has 50 homes in five blocks; this second phase adds 32 apartments in two new blocks. Navigolf Suites II is under construction, with the building licence granted: work began in the fourth quarter of 2025 and completion is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027.
