Naya Residences

Naya Residences is a gated development of 88 homes in Estepona, in the Atalaya area between Atalaya and El Paraíso, right next to the Atalaya Golf & Country Club. Its staggered buildings are arranged around a central garden with a large outdoor pool, so that most homes enjoy open views over the communal gardens and the green surroundings. The area is an established residential part of the Costa del Sol, surrounded by golf courses, with restaurants, shops and international schools a few minutes away. The nearest beaches are about 5 km away, Puerto Banús is about 10 minutes by car, Marbella and Estepona about 20 minutes, and Málaga airport less than an hour; the A-7 and the AP-7 are close by.
