Paraíso de Azahar

Paraíso de Azahar is a boutique residential building of ten homes in the heart of Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, beside the town's old quarter and a few minutes from the marina and the area's main beaches. Shops, supermarkets, schools and sports facilities are close at hand, and the A-7 motorway and the AP-7 toll road lead directly to Málaga Airport. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, it is designed to be enjoyed in every season. The private pools are clad externally in natural stone, with an outdoor shower. The building has a lift that stops at the garage, an automatic access door, a car lift, glass railings, a video intercom, EV-charging pre-installation in the garage and a solar energy system, and the project has a high energy rating.
