Privilege Suites

Privilege Suites is a gated development of 15 homes in Casares Playa, on the western Costa del Sol, built on a 3,600 m² plot next to Doña Julia Golf. Playa Ancha, a wide beach known for its clear water and its beach clubs and chiringuitos facing Casares Bay, with Gibraltar on the horizon, is about five minutes away on foot. La Duquesa marina is about five minutes away, Estepona marina about 11 minutes, Sotogrande about 12 minutes and Puerto Banús about 25 minutes; Gibraltar airport is under 40 minutes away and Málaga airport about 55 minutes. Golfers have Doña Julia next door and Finca Cortesín, Casares, Estepona, La Duquesa, Sotogrande and Valderrama close by. The architecture opens up to the sea: a geometric façade on the access side, facing the mountains, and an open, curved and stepped façade facing the sea, where private gardens, terraces, porches, pergolas and solariums extend the living space outdoors. The development combines ground-floor duplexes with private gardens, first-floor apartments with large terraces and duplex penthouses with a solarium, a private pool and an outdoor kitchen. Homes have two or three bedrooms and large windows; the sliding doors to the terraces are set flush with the floor.
