Solenne is set in Benahavís, in a well-established and tranquil residential area surrounded by nature, within the part of the Costa del Sol known as the Golden Triangle of golf — the area formed by Marbella, Benahavís and Estepona — with several golf courses nearby. From its elevated position, it looks out over rolling green hills towards the Mediterranean. Nueva Andalucía is about 10 minutes away by car, Puerto Banús about 12 minutes, and Marbella's old town and Estepona about 20 minutes, with the AP-7 motorway a short drive away. The development comprises 21 two- and three-bedroom apartments. Their contemporary, staggered layout is designed so that no home overshadows another, giving each residence privacy, sunlight and open views, with a south and south-east orientation.
