The Grove is located in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, in Marbella West, a new and rapidly evolving district. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and Puerto Banús five minutes by car, while shops and restaurants in San Pedro de Alcántara and Guadalmina, international schools and several golf courses are a few minutes away. The A-7 and AP-7 are directly accessible from the development, and Málaga is just over half an hour by car. The development comprises 139 homes in three typologies — Signature Residences, Iconic Residences and Sky Villas (duplex penthouses) — set among landscaped gardens of Mediterranean and tropical species.
