The Oak 48 is set in one of the most distinguished residential areas of Estepona, close to the old town, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is well connected by the A-7 and AP-7 motorways: the marina is about 6 minutes away, Punta de Plata beach about 8 and El Padrón beach about 10, and the area offers shops and supermarkets, schools, health centres and sports facilities. The development looks towards the Sierra Bermeja and, from some upper-floor homes, the Mediterranean; the Costa del Sol enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The development comprises 48 homes in a contemporary building with a ground floor and three upper floors; the penthouses occupy the top floor. Thermal-break aluminium windows with double glazing, a reinforced entrance door with anti-leverage bolts, solid wood interior doors, white-lacquered built-in wardrobes, low-profile shower trays with tempered-glass screens, recessed lighting in the kitchen and main bathroom and a video entry phone complete the specification.
