The Place by Alcazaba Lagoon

Casares is a municipality surrounded by mountains, with green hillsides that stretch down to the coast. The Place lies in its eastern part, about 10 km by car from the centre of Estepona. Estepona Golf, Finca Cortesín and Doña Julia Golf are in the immediate vicinity, and the beaches of Bahía Dorada and La Galera in Estepona are within easy reach. Approximate travel times: golf courses 3 minutes, the beach 10 minutes, Estepona's marina 15 minutes, Marbella 35 minutes, Gibraltar airport 40 minutes and Málaga airport 60 minutes. The Place is a new phase of the Alcazaba Lagoon residential complex: a private enclosure of 38 apartments in two buildings, with an outdoor pool, a spa with a sauna and a heated indoor pool, and a fully equipped gym, all reserved for its owners. The development is under construction: the building licence has been granted, works began in the first quarter of 2026 and completion is estimated for the first quarter of 2028.
