The Privilege

The Privilege stands in one of Estepona's most distinguished residential areas, next to the historic town centre and at the heart of the Costa del Sol. Estepona's marina is about four minutes away, the beaches of the Bay of Estepona and Punta Plata about six and El Padrón beach about eight. Shops, supermarkets, schools and sports facilities are close at hand, and the A-7 and the AP-7 toll motorway link the town with the rest of the coast and with Málaga and its international airport. The building is a piece of contemporary architecture with a commanding presence and a distinctive form. It holds 32 homes over the ground floor, four upper floors and a rooftop level, with two underground floors for parking and storage rooms. Residents share landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool with night lighting and a sun terrace, and the development will also have a gym, a spa, a social club and a coworking space. Bathrooms have electric underfloor heating, low-profile shower trays and thermostatic showers. Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump, and the ducted heat-pump air conditioning is zoned, with a thermostat in the living room and in every bedroom.
