Villa Merisa is a private five-bedroom villa under construction in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. It stands on a 1,009 m² plot in a peaceful, private setting, just minutes from golf courses, the marina of Puerto Banús, boutiques, restaurants and Marbella's beaches. The contemporary architecture pairs clean lines, natural stone and generous glazing with Mediterranean warmth, in a neutral palette with warm wood finishes.
