Villa Zen is a new-build five-bedroom villa, currently under construction, in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, set on a plot of 1,014 m². It offers 544 m² of built area, including 451 m² of useful living space, as well as 318 m² of terraces, five bathrooms and two guest toilets. International schools, sports facilities, restaurants, boutiques, wellness centres and golf courses are within reach, and Puerto Banús and the Golden Mile are a short drive away. The villa is laid out over a ground floor and a basement, linked by stairs and a lift. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto open-plan living and dining areas with floor-to-ceiling windows; this level also holds the master suite, with its own bathroom and walk-in dressing area, two further en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. The basement adds two more en-suite bedrooms, a second guest toilet, a living and dining area with a fitted bar, a cinema room, a laundry room and an underground garage for two cars. Villa Zen is under construction and its building licence has been granted; the completion date is to be confirmed. The payment terms are a reservation deposit of 50,000 euros, 30% on signing the private purchase contract after 30 days, 20% after six months and the remaining 50% on completion.
