Vitae Villa C10

Vitae Villa C10 is a new Vitae Villas home in Real de la Quinta, a BREEAM-certified resort of 200 hectares in the hills between Marbella and Benahavís, minutes from the centre of Marbella. The resort includes El Lago Club, with a 35,000 m² man-made lake, a spa, golf, tennis, padel and restaurants, and an Angsana hotel, the Banyan Tree Group's first property in Spain, is planned. The views reach from the sea to La Concha mountain. The villa follows the natural slope of its 1,914 m² south-facing plot: from the road it is almost hidden in the hillside, while from below its terraces cantilever out over the slope. The villa has an A energy rating, and the specification includes air conditioning, home automation, solar panels and fibre-optic internet. The villa is sold off-plan, with completion expected by the end of 2027. A €50,000 reservation is deducted from the 25% paid on signing the private purchase contract; 15% follows on completion of the structure, 15% once the building envelope is closed (excluding exterior joinery), 15% on completion of the interior partitions, and the final 30% on the first-occupation licence and the new-build deed.
