Vitae Villa C9

Vitae Villa C9 is a new villa by Vitae Villas in Real de la Quinta, a 200-hectare resort in the foothills of Benahavís, on the boundary with Marbella, with the Sierra de las Nieves, a UNESCO biosphere reserve, as its backdrop. Life in the resort centres on El Lago Club, with a 35,000 m² man-made lake, water sports, a spa, a heated pool, a six-hole golf course, tennis, padel and lakeside dining, and an Angsana hotel by Banyan Tree Group is planned within the resort. Real de la Quinta is a BREEAM-certified residential resort with protected green zones and walking trails, minutes from the heart of Marbella. The villa faces south on a 2,026 m² plot and follows the slope over three levels, with 717 m² built — 226 m² on the main floor, 300 m² on the level below and 191 m² on the lowest level — and 469 m² of covered and open terraces. Clean horizontal lines, deep overhangs and floor-to-ceiling glazing open the rooms to views that run from the mountains to the sea. The main floor brings together the living room, the kitchen and dining room and the main bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom, on either side of an open central terrace, with two interior patios and a guest toilet. Vitae Villa C9 is sold off-plan, with the end of construction scheduled for summer 2027. A €50,000 reservation is deducted from the 25% paid on signing the private purchase contract; 15% follows on completion of the structure, 15% once the building envelope is closed (excluding exterior joinery), 15% on completion of the interior partitions, and the final 30% on the first-occupation licence and the new-build deed.
