Zinnia

Zinnia is set in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, at the foot of the Nueva Alcántara residential area, in the newest part of the town. The building stands beside a landscaped pedestrian street free of road traffic, within walking distance of San Pedro's beach and promenade. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, a skate park and health services are close by; its position next to the tunnel entrance into the town makes road connections easy, central Marbella is a few minutes' drive away and Málaga Airport around 40 minutes. The development is a single building of 19 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. Its contemporary architecture combines aluminium slat panels, laminated-glass terrace balustrades and natural-stone cladding along the street-front arcade. On the first floor, a communal pool with salt chlorination and views of the sea and the town is set within a garden and sunbathing area, with the solarium finished in artificial grass. The building also has an air-conditioned gym with modern fitness equipment and an underground garage pre-installed for electric-vehicle charging. The homes are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses, all with terraces and open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. All the homes currently available have two bathrooms; in the duplex penthouses the main bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and its own terrace, is on the upper floor, and each penthouse has more than 100 m² of covered and open terraces on plan. Each home has a storage room on one of the basement levels, and the homes currently available each come with a parking space (two for the duplex penthouses). The specification includes wood-effect porcelain floors, ducted air conditioning, aerothermal hot water, self-regulating ventilation, thermal-break aluminium windows with acoustic double glazing, motorised blinds in the bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, an armoured entrance door and a video intercom. The project targets an A energy rating for both consumption and emissions. Zinnia is under construction: works began in the fourth quarter of 2024, the building licence has been granted and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2027. Payment terms are a €6,600 reservation, 30% of the price plus VAT on signing the private purchase contract and the remaining 70% plus VAT on completion, with amounts paid on account covered by a bank guarantee.
